    • Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • The platform is designed for businesses in the beauty, wellness, and service industries.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

        Glow (Paid – Starter)<\/strong> \u2013 \u20aa79\/month, supports up to 50 customers.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

      • \r\n

        Bloom (Paid – Advanced)<\/strong> \u2013 \u20aa149\/month, supports up to 100 customers.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

      • \r\n

        Luxe (Paid – Premium)<\/strong> \u2013 \u20aa279\/month, unlimited customers and team members.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

      • \r\n

        Paid subscriptions require a valid payment method and are billed monthly<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t

      • \r\n

        Additional SMS messages beyond the plan limit will be charged at 0.08 NIS per SMS<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

        4. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n
          \r\n \t
        • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.<\/li>\r\n \t
        • Refunds are not provided<\/strong> for partially used billing periods.<\/li>\r\n \t
        • Downgraded accounts retain their data but lose access<\/strong> to premium features.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n
          \r\n\r\n

          5. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

          • Service providers must ensure all information they provide to clients is accurate.<\/li>\r\n \t
          • The platform may not<\/strong> be used for fraudulent or illegal activities.<\/li>\r\n \t
          • Users are responsible for managing their bookings and customer relations.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

            6. Platform Usage Restrictions<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

            • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute platform features.<\/li>\r\n \t
            • Use the platform to send spam, abusive content, or harass others.<\/li>\r\n \t
            • Share or transfer accounts without prior authorization.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

              7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

              • My Spot Page is not responsible<\/strong> for missed appointments, incorrect bookings, or disputes between users.<\/li>\r\n \t
              • We do not guarantee<\/strong> uninterrupted access to the platform due to maintenance, updates, or other technical issues.<\/li>\r\n \t
              • To the fullest extent permitted by law<\/strong>, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

                8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

                These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel<\/strong>, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
