1. Definitions

“Company” refers to My Spot Page, an Israeli company, registered at 10 Tushiya, Registration Number 517096921.
“User” refers to any individual or business entity using our services, including service providers and clients.
“Platform” refers to our website and booking services.
“Subscription Plans” refer to the different pricing tiers available for users.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration.
The platform is designed for businesses in the beauty, wellness, and service industries.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Users can select from the following subscription plans:

Spark (Free Tier) – Free for up to 10 bookings.
Glow (Paid – Starter) – ₪79/month, supports up to 50 customers.
Bloom (Paid – Advanced) – ₪149/month, supports up to 100 customers.
Luxe (Paid – Premium) – ₪279/month, unlimited customers and team members.
Paid subscriptions require a valid payment method and are billed monthly.
Additional SMS messages beyond the plan limit will be charged at 0.08 NIS per SMS.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
Downgraded accounts retain their data but lose access to premium features.

5. User Responsibilities

Service providers must ensure all information they provide to clients is accurate.
The platform may not be used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Users are responsible for managing their bookings and customer relations.

6. Platform Usage Restrictions

Users must not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute platform features.
Use the platform to send spam, abusive content, or harass others.
Share or transfer accounts without prior authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Spot Page is not responsible for missed appointments, incorrect bookings, or disputes between users.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform due to maintenance, updates, or other technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

9. Application Changes & Modifications

The company reserves the right to update or modify the platform without prior notice.
Certain technical difficulties, maintenance, or updates may result in temporary interruptions of service.
Users will be notified of major changes that impact functionality.

10. Account Setup & Subscription Fees

Users must provide accurate account details and keep them updated.
Subscription fees are charged automatically based on the selected plan.
Subscription renewals occur automatically, and cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle.

11. General Provisions

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties regarding business outcomes or user satisfaction.
Users are fully responsible for their compliance with applicable laws.
Intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the sole property of My Spot Page.
